🚚 Shipping Times
Shipping time begins once your order has been processed and scanned by the carrier.
United States:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days
International:
Standard International: 7–21 business days
Times may vary depending on customs and local postal services.
Please note: these are estimates provided by carriers and not guaranteed.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
We do not control these fees and cannot predict the amounts.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
- Lost or stolen packages marked as "Delivered"
- Delays caused by the carrier or customs
If your package is marked delivered but not received, contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

If the order has not shipped yet, we can update it.
If it has already shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
Preorders or made-to-order items will have their estimated shipping window listed on the product page.
Please note these are estimates and may shift slightly due to supply chain delays.
Orders containing preorder items will ship together unless otherwise stated.
If a package is returned to us due to:
an incorrect address
failure to pick up the package
unpaid customs fees
you will be responsible for paying the reshipment fee.
